Group training

During forty-five minute sessions, we work on a specific objective depending on the day.

On Mondays and Tuesdays we have lower strength and cardio sessions while on Wednesdays and Thursdays we work on the upper area (arms and abdomen) so that at the end of the week we have worked everything.

Group training

Classes are usually about 10 people. They are very dynamic and every day they are different without repeating any session.

We adapt the training according to the level of each person.
