Programs

Single Training

They are sessions of approximately one hour in which we adapt to the client’s objective. In the first session we do an initial assessment of the client with a personal interview and from the second session we begin to work with their objective.

Group training

They are forty-five minute sessions in which we work on a specific objective depending on the day. On Mondays and Tuesdays we have lower strength and cardio sessions while on Wednesdays and Thursdays we work on the upper area (arms and abdomen) so that at the end of the week we have worked everything.

Preparation for oppositions

Preparing for exams is a long-distance race, and never better said. Consistency and monitoring are the keys to achieving the goal and that in our training center you will be assured.

Injury rehabilitation

We know what you are going through, because we have also been in your place. We carry out a recovery plan and personalized monitoring so that the evolution is complete.
